Job Summary

Bateman Collins International is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Strategist to join our team as an Interim Head of Enterprise Architecture. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the architecture strategy for our prestigious retail Bank client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to articulate the North Star architecture, setting the vision for the organization's future state.
  • Translate high-level strategy into a tangible, actionable plan that guides decision making on budget, investment, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the organization and maturation of the architecture Target Operating Model.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key Technology leaders.

Requirements

  • Seasoned enterprise architect with hands-on experience of defining, building, and delivering architecture strategies.
  • Effective relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and technology teams.
