Job Title: Interim Head of Enterprise Architecture - Strategic Visionary
Job Summary:
Bateman Collins International is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Enterprise Architecture to join our team. As a seasoned enterprise architect, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the architecture strategy for our prestigious retail Bank client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to articulate the North Star architecture and set the vision for the organization's future state.
- Translate high-level strategy into a tangible, actionable plan that guides decision-making on budget, investment, and resource allocation.
- Lead the organization and maturation of the architecture Target Operating Model.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key Technology leaders.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience of defining, building, and delivering architecture strategies.
- Effective relationship-building skills to manage key Technology leaders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
