Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join our production team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for producing high-quality pastry products, leading a team, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce consistent, high-quality pastry products that meet DO & CO standards
  • Lead a team of pastry chefs and kitchen assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless production
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance our luxury airline catering offerings
  • Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef and Sous Chefs to plan and execute production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to DO & CO's high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie in a high-end culinary environment
  • Impressive knife skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Right to work in the UK
