Business Operations Coordinator

A dynamic leisure industry business in North Norfolk seeks an HR Administrator to enhance their HR function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of HR records, and managing the onboarding process. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday – Friday from offices in North Norfolk.
The salary range is £25,000 - 28,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the HR team by providing administrative services, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and adhering to relevant regulations.
- Assisting with the onboarding process, including inductions and reference checks.
- Managing the HR inbox, responding to queries efficiently.
- Processing mileage and expense claims in a timely manner.
- Maintaining staff absence records and resolving related issues.
- Conducting workplace assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Purchasing stationery and uniforms for the team effectively.
Your Profile:
- Relevant experience within an administrative or HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
