Responsible Family Support Worker

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Responsible Family Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support with daily life activities, companionship, and independence to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients
- Assisting with daily life activities, such as personal care and household tasks
- Accompanying clients on outings and activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
- Supporting clients with pet care, including dogs and cats
- Offering administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Essential:
- Possessing a full UK driving license with business insurance
- Demonstrating responsibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality and respect for privacy
- Desirable:
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs
- Knowledge or experience in caring for individuals with mental health challenges
- Hourly rate: £11.68
- Hours and times of work: 3 hours per week, discussed further at interview
- Annual holiday entitlement: equivalent to 5.6 weeks
- Free Care Skills training provided
