Homelessness Support Specialist

Selwyn House in Dereham provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals who have experienced homelessness. As a Bank Project Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our residents to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to residents to identify and address their needs and aspirations.
- Work closely with other professionals, such as housing officers and social workers, to ensure seamless support and care.
- Keep detailed records of resident progress and outcomes.
