We're recruiting a Project Worker at our Homelessness Service in Dereham.

The role involves delivering support services to help residents live independently.

As a key member of our team, you'll provide support and encouragement to maximise residents' potential and independence.

You'll be responsible for assessing customers' needs by writing and updating support plans.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one support to residents to build relationships and trust
  • Assessing residents' needs and creating personalised support plans
  • Liaising with external support links to improve residents' confidence, health, and wellbeing
  • Keeping accurate and high-quality records of resident interactions

About the Role:

You'll work closely with residents, staff, and external partners to deliver excellent support services.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, and has a strong 'can-do' attitude.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessness

Strong organisational skills and functional literacy and numeracy

A driving licence and access to a vehicle
