We are seeking a highly skilled Night Support Specialist to join our team at Sanctuary Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our residents and ensuring their safety and well-being.

As a Night Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for resident queries and will work closely with other team members to resolve any issues that may arise.

You will have a strong understanding of health and safety procedures and will be responsible for conducting regular checks to ensure the security of the service is maintained.

The salary for this position is £11.61 per hour, reflecting the skills and qualifications required for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to residents and responding to their queries
  • Working closely with other team members to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Conducting regular health and safety checks
  • Maintaining the security of the service

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults or young people
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to use IT systems confidently
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
