Night Concierge Support Worker

Salary: £11.61 per hour
Working Hours: 42 hours per week
At Sanctuary Group, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Concierge to join our team at Selwyn House, Dereham. As a Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, providing support and guidance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and directing resident queries in a timely and professional manner
- Developing positive relationships with residents, promoting independence and well-being
- Handling emergency situations and ensuring the security of the service
- Organising social activities and events for residents
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping
- Lone working for the majority of the shift, with regular checks from senior staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or young people
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident IT skills and ability to use systems effectively
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
