Care and Support Assistant

FitzRoy Supported Living service in Gressenhall is a 4-bed bungalow that provides care and support for individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
We are seeking exceptional Bank support workers to join our team in this friendly environment.
- Part Time and Bank (Days and Nights) - guaranteed hours available
- Rates £11.85 with a 10% weekend enhancement, making it up to £13.00 per hour
- Overtime paid at £2.50 extra per hour
- £25 Emergency Payment
About the Role
This varied role involves providing care and support tailored to the needs and wishes of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work collaboratively to identify and achieve their goals, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives.
You will also be responsible for carrying out everyday tasks, including personal care, taking part in activities that promote a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle, and supporting individuals to develop new skills and interests.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible regarding shifts and available to work weekends. It is essential to hold a full driving licence and be willing to drive accessible vehicles, as the Service is located in a rural area. Your own transport is necessary due to the location.
