Maple Tree Care is seeking a dedicated Night Support Worker to join our team in a small family-run Learning Disabilities Care Home in Dereham town centre.
About the RoleAs a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overnight support and care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other members of the care team.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our home's policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
