Night Support Worker in a Small Family Run Care Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Maple Tree Care, a small family-run care home for adults with learning disabilities in Dereham town centre.
About the RoleAs a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our residents during night shifts, promoting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
- Assist residents with medication and other treatments as required
- Monitor and respond to residents' needs, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to provide a comprehensive care service
