About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Dereham. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our clients, supporting them in their daily lives and helping them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal and emotional support to clients, helping them to develop new skills and interests
  • Support clients with daily tasks, such as planning and managing their home, and assisting with leisure activities
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a high standard of care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
