Registered Nurse – Norfolk Care

Job Summary

Norfolk Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanford House Residential and Nursing Home in Dereham. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account each resident's unique needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for caring for others, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
