About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Catering Assistant to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.

You will work approximately 3 out of 7 days per week, with a contracted position of 49 weeks per year. Responsibilities
  • Catering Operations: Assist with catering operations, including food preparation and presentation, to ensure that our clients and customers receive high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Customer Interactions: Engage with clients and customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Health and Safety regulations and guidelines.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive team environment, and the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and customers.
