About the Role

As a Compassionate Personal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, understanding, and able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients
  • Assisting with daily life activities, such as personal care and household tasks
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Supporting clients with pet care, including dogs and cats
  • Offering administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Person Specification:
  • Essential:
    • Possessing a full UK driving license with business insurance
    • Demonstrating compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with clients
    • Understanding the importance of confidentiality and respect for privacy
  • Desirable:
    • Previous experience in a similar role or industry
    • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs
    • Knowledge or experience in caring for individuals with mental health challenges
What We Offer
  • Hourly rate: £11.68
  • Hours and times of work: 3 hours per week, discussed further at interview
  • Annual holiday entitlement: equivalent to 5.6 weeks
