We are a dedicated team at SEND Inclusion Support, focused on providing a nurturing environment for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. We seek a highly experienced Headteacher to lead our school, drive educational excellence, and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

About the Role

As a Headteacher, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and day-to-day operations of our school. Your expertise in SEN and SEMH will enable you to effectively manage associated behaviors and create a safe, inclusive learning environment. You will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, working closely with our staff to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide educational leadership, driving academic excellence and student achievement.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of SEN and SEMH challenges, managing associated behaviors and developing effective strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a culture of inclusivity, respect, and support.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Headteacher with a successful track record in educational leadership.
  • Strong background in working with SEN and SEMH challenges, with expertise in behavioral management.
  • Familiarity with independent schools and a hands-on approach to school management.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary up to £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a £2,000 welcome bonus and non-contractual bonus.
