Administrative Support Specialist
Profiles Personnel is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their Financial Planning and Investment firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Financial Services or Paraplanning, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and a desire to progress their career into a Paraplanning position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input client details onto an in-house system
- New business administration
- Liaise with clients for new business information, Terms of Business, tax returns
- File checking for completeness
- Liaise with product providers (e.g., for valuations, trusts, product terms)
- Help advisers with meeting preparation, new client packs, agendas etc.
- Supporting the Investment Proposition as necessary
- Involvement in wider company projects as appropriate
Requirements:
- A background in Financial Services/Paraplanning preferred or a desire to enter the IFA industry
- Ensure all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis
- Respond to client contact and requests quickly and correctly
- Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes and ensure relevant CPD is maintained and recorded accurately
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A supportive and collaborative approach
