Financial Operations Coordinator

As a key member of the IN-SYNC Group team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our clients. Your duties will include:
- Reconciling client accounts, ensuring accurate allocation of self-assessment receipts and disbursements.
- Generating invoicing data for our outsourcing partners, facilitating seamless payments.
- Processing daily and weekly payments of Self-Assessment rebates, ensuring timely disbursements.
- Creating Self-Assessment invoices, maintaining accurate records.
- Managing credit control collections across all IN-SYNC products, collaborating with Underwriting to resolve any issues.
- Communicating effectively with clients, providing timely updates and resolving queries.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and third parties, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Adhering to departmental processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement to enhance standards, efficiency, and profitability.

Our working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am-5.30pm, and Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.
