This well-established growing organisation based in Farnham is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and producing the monthly management accounts, assisting with the annual budget and tracking, and providing regular financial forecasts for senior management. The role also involves analysing costs and other statistical information, reconciling the monthly payroll, and supporting the implementation of efficient financial processes.

Financial Operations Manager - About The Role

The Financial Operations Manager will work within an established finance team and report to the Head of Finance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Full preparation and production of the monthly management accounts.
  • Assisting with the preparation of the annual budget and tracking throughout the year.
  • Producing regular financial forecasts for senior management with full commentary.
  • Providing budget holders with monthly updates and advising them when required.
  • Responsible for analysing costs and other statistical information.
  • Reconcile the monthly payroll to the budget/forecast monthly.
  • Supporting the function in implementing efficient and effective financial processes.
The successful Financial Operations Manager will have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • QBE or Part/Fully qualified candidates will be considered
  • Experience in producing monthly accounts
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems
  • Ability to communicate at all levels

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + bonus and benefits
