We are working with a well-established IFA Practice based in Farnham, Surrey, to find an exceptional individual to fill their Senior Financial Services Administrator role.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing top-notch administrative support and is eager to progress their career in the financial services sector.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with experienced advisers, contributing to the smooth delivery of high-quality client services.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Inputting client details onto the Prestwood system
- New business administration, including liaising with clients and product providers
- Filing checks for completeness and supporting advisers with meeting preparation
- Providing administrative assistance with client meetings and post-meeting actions
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proficient in using office software, and have a strong attention to detail.
In time, the successful candidate can expect to take on additional responsibilities, such as attending client meetings, conducting technical research, and building financial plans on the Prestwood system.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9-5.30 pm, offering a competitive salary of £32,500-£34,000 per annum, plus bonuses and profit share. Additionally, the company offers full support with professional qualifications and opportunities for career progression.
