Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Support to join our Farnham-based IFA Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for:

  • Inputting client details onto our Prestwood system
  • Supporting new business administration tasks
  • Liaising with clients for new business information and tax returns
  • Ensuring file completeness and accuracy
  • Liaising with product providers for valuations, trusts, and product terms
  • Providing administrative support to our investment proposition

In time, this role will progress to attending client meetings, conducting technical research, preparing fee estimates, building financial plans, and drafting suitability letters.

We offer a competitive salary of £32-34k, plus bonuses and profit share. Our office is located in Farnham, Surrey, and we operate Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm. We also provide full support with professional qualifications and career progression opportunities.
