**Financial Services Administrator Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our client's administrative team. The ideal candidate will have at least a year's experience in financial services administration, preferably in client and advisor support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with policy providers to obtain policy details and illustrations
  • Processing new business applications and tracking them to completion
  • Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings, including annual planning meeting packs
  • Responding to client enquiries and liaising directly with clients
  • Sending prepared investment information and reports to clients
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and timely completion

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least a year's experience in financial services administration, preferably in client and advisor support
  • LP2 or CII qualifications advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills with high accuracy
  • Confident interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
