HR & Payroll Transformation Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Workday HCM Functional Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients achieve maximum value from their investment in Workday.
You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on best practices for Workday configuration. Your expertise will enable clients to implement Workday efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Act as 'interpreter' between Systems Integration functional and/or technical resources and internal HR & Payroll stakeholders.
- Lead process design workshops across all HR & Payroll processes areas to capture detailed requirements in conjunction with the implementation partner.
- Support the creation of clear process documentation (i.e., Training manual) to support the consistent execution of HR processes post-go-live and ensure that all participants within each process understand roles & responsibilities and hand-offs.
Requirements:
- Experience with multiple Workday HR & Payroll full implementation project lifecycles, preferably from scoping and planning through to post-go-live support.
- Detailed knowledge of and/or experience of the following HR & Payroll end-to-end business process (Core HCM, Core Compensation, Recruitment, Absence, Workday Payroll UK)
- Familiarity with Workday security and role-based permissions.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
