Job Summary:
PAGE PERSONNEL SALES is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for analyzing large volume payrolls, processing weekly and monthly payroll, pension reconciliations, and ensuring accurate HR and payroll data. Your primary focus will be on delivering complex payroll, pensions, and reconciliations across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver complex payroll, pensions, and reconciliations across the Group.
  • Support payroll process improvements, integrations, and automations.
  • Input and process HR and payroll data timely and accurately.
  • Calculate changes to pay, including overtime and bank holiday rates.
  • Raise risks, issues, and discrepancies, and find resolutions.
  • Process payroll-related payments and report pension contributions.
  • Resolve pay queries and advise on payroll legislation.
  • Work with finance to ensure costing and accounts balance.


Requirements:
  • Analyze large volume payrolls.
  • Experience processing weekly and monthly payroll.
  • Experience with pension reconciliations.
  • Excellent analysis skills and attention to detail.


What We Offer:
