As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll department with high volume starters and leavers, providing expert advice to employees on payroll queries, and ensuring all necessary payments are made within deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the payroll department with high volume starters and leavers
  • Provide comprehensive advice to employees on payroll queries
  • Ensure all necessary payments are made within deadlines
  • Manual calculations and experience of T & A system useful

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of industry experience
  • Previous payroll experience in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
  • Confident with Excel and CIPP advantageous

What We Offer: Estimated salary up to £32,000 (dependent on experience), located in Liverpool, fixed-term contract for 18 months
