About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our Property Services team at The Hyde Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to troubleshoot and diagnose repair issues.
  • Assist with customer complaints and concerns related to property repairs.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions.
  • Act as a point of contact for the team, ensuring any requests, queries and problems are resolved in a manner that improves overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong IT proficiency, including using Microsoft packages.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Previous administration experience is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
