Customer Financial Services Representative

You will be working with a diverse team of professionals who are dedicated to pushing the limits of what's possible.
As part of the International & Major Fleet Partnership team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of our largest and most complex B2B (Business to Business) customers who have opted for outsourced fleet management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of their day-to-day fleet management from implementation to end of contract renewals or returns.
- Representing the customer as their internal fleet specialist, adapting to their ethos and policies.
- Building strong customer relationships and acting as a conduit with the rest of our business to ensure continued customer satisfaction and knowledge.
- Financial approval on customer's behalf for vehicle orders, maintenance authorisation and pool car management vehicle repair costs.
- Ensuring customer fleet policy is implemented and followed in day-to-day practices within Alphabet.
- Providing weekly updates and exception reporting to the customer's main stakeholders.
- Accountable for bespoke agreed service levels, ensuring service levels continually meet customer Service Level Agreements held within Master Hire Agreements.
- Developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving administrative services.
This role requires a strong relationship builder with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as good organisational and time management skills and the ability to show high attention to detail.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
