Accounts Administrator Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for using Sage Line 50 to process sales and purchase orders, raise invoices and credit notes, and check incoming deliveries against orders placed and invoices received.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize Sage Line 50 to process sales and purchase orders
• Raise invoices and credit notes
• Check incoming deliveries against orders placed and invoices received
• Provide first-class customer service
• Process customer orders
• Assist customers with queries and complaints
• Work as part of a team to ensure customer requirements are delivered in line with agreed service levels
• Follow through customer, supplier, and other queries from beginning to end as required
• Answer telephone calls and deal with enquiries via email and face-to-face when necessary
• Place orders with suppliers
Requirements
• Previous experience within an accounts department is essential
• Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the business
• Proficient in Sage Line 50
