About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health Data Strategist to join our dynamic team at HCRG Care Group. As a key member of our analytics department, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data strategies that support business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and communicate data insights effectively
  • Design and develop enterprise-scale dashboards using Tableau Desktop and integrate with SQL Server and other platforms
  • Liaise with our Data Management team to implement reporting solutions and improve data governance processes
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in data strategy and analytical tools, with experience in health and social care data and systems. Your expertise in Tableau and SQL will enable you to create actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
