About the Role

Embrace Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Manager to lead our team of support workers. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for individuals with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the provision of a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care services
  • Promote a culture of reflection, equality, diversity, and inclusivity
  • Ensure adherence to all safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Undertake other relevant duties as required

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in health and social care, Diploma Level 3 in health and social care, CQC Knowledge, and a valid Driving License. Proficiency in English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Care Certificate
  • DBS certificate

Compensation Package:

£13.75 - £14.75 per hour, depending on experience, over time hours, etc. We also offer a range of benefits including medical insurance, pension contributions, and discounted gym membership.
