Are you a seasoned Senior or Deputy looking for a rewarding role in a Residential Dementia service? Our client, a respected private healthcare organisation, is seeking a Deputy Home Manager in Runcorn, Cheshire to work alongside the Registered Manager and ensure residents receive top-notch care while respecting their individuality and dignity. This is a full-time position, 48 hours per week, working 4 days from 8am-8pm, with a competitive hourly rate of £34,195 per annum.

The client is committed to providing exceptional care and maintaining high standards across all their services. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will lead on the floor and supervise the provision of quality care, work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain CQC standards, and liaise with external agencies and manage care plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and supervising the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
  2. Working closely with the Registered Manager to maintain CQC standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. Liaising with external agencies and managing care plans to ensure seamless care delivery.
  4. Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
