About the Role:
As a Senior Care Manager at Embrace Care, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and caring environment for individuals with diverse needs. You will lead a team of support workers, contribute to care planning, and promote a culture of reflection and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the provision of a safe, caring, and nurturing environment
- Lead a support worker team
- Promote a culture of reflection, equality, diversity, and inclusivity
- Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures
- Undertake other relevant duties as required
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in health and social care, Diploma Level 3 in health and social care, CQC Knowledge, and a valid Driving License. Proficiency in English is a must.
Preferred Skills:
- Care Certificate
- DBS certificate
Compensation Package:
£13.75 - £14.75 per hour, depending on experience, over time hours, etc. We also offer a range of benefits including medical insurance, pension contributions, and discounted gym membership.
