Job Opportunity: Registered Childrens Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team at Mountain Rose Care Ltd as a Registered Childrens Home Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven background in managing a children's home or be a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to children and young people. You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained, and that the needs of each child are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other professionals.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people, while also developing your own skills and experience.
