Caring Leadership Manager for Children's Homes

We are seeking an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to join our team at Mountain Rose Care Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to children and young people.
About the Role:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring positive outcomes for the children in your care.
- Provide leadership and support to your team, overseeing staff management and scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of care and compliance, collaborating with other professionals to meet the needs of the children.
- Report and document care provided, ensuring transparency and accountability.
About You:
- A Level 5 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Services (RQF) or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in delivering excellent care, with strong leadership and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence is necessary for travel between locations.
What We Offer:
- An annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience and criteria.

Salary Range: Up to £60,000 per annum
