Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units).
- Experience working in health or social care settings, with a genuine passion for supporting people to become part of their local and wider community.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination, and resilience.
- Ability to work with people supported who present behaviors that require intensive support planning and management.
