We are seeking a highly skilled Care Services Coordinator to join our team at Medico Partners Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in securing high quality cost effective and customer carefocussed external care contracts and service level agreements.
About the Role
In this role, you will support the sourcing of foster care residential care leaving care and Special Educational Needs (SEN) independent school placements. These placement categories will be phased into the scope of the Centralised Placements Team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of the Childrens Contract Commissioning process to secure high quality cost effective and customer carefocussed external care contracts and service level agreements.
- Support the sourcing of foster care residential care leaving care and SEN independent school placements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
Salary Details
The salary for this role is estimated to be £16.63 per hour based on market rates for similar positions in the UK.
