Job Responsibilities
  • Manage new supplier set-ups, including due diligence checks and vendor onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records, ensuring up-to-date information and bank details.
  • Verify and update bank details for supplier records and manual payments.
  • Establish and maintain NHS Supply Chain accounts, ensuring seamless procurement processes.
  • Provide proactive support for end-users with Proactis/Supplier Queries, including receipting, cancelling/raising POs, and finding suppliers.
  • Reduce penalty fees or accounts on hold by expediting email responses and receipts.
  • Redirect and expedite emails to the correct department, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Update supplier price lists, handle name changes, and coordinate courier services.
  • Support Account Forms for services and resolve delivery queries.
