Job Title: Manufacturing Team Member

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Team Member to join our team at AWD online in Runcorn, Cheshire. The ideal candidate will have machining experience, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to oversee the production process, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality output.

• Operate the site and production processes safely and efficiently, maintaining high standards of plant cleanliness.

• Work with the team to continuously deliver performance improvements and ensure production efficiency and targets are met.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with operating and maintaining machinery, and understanding of production processes.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks within set timeframes while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Working Hours and Salary:

The successful candidate will work 12 hour shifts and receive an estimated salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
