£16,630 per annum (based on 30 hours/week and 52 weeks/year)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Care Placement Specialist at Medico Partners Ltd, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of external care contracts and service level agreements. This includes securing high-quality, cost-effective, and customer-focused external care contracts and service level agreements.

This role requires you to support the sourcing of foster care, residential care, leaving care, and Special Educational Needs (SEN) independent school placements. These placement categories will be phased into the scope of the Centralised Placements Team.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

In addition, you will need to have a thorough understanding of the care sector and its requirements. Experience in contract management and team coordination would be highly beneficial.
