Job Title: Experienced Children's Home Manager Wanted in RuncornAbout the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Mountain Rose Care Ltd, providing exceptional care and support to children and young people in Runcorn.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home with expertise and efficiency
  • Provide leadership and support to your team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Ensure positive outcomes for the children in your care through effective planning and implementation
  • Oversee staff management and scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
  • Maintain high standards of care and compliance, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other professionals to meet the complex needs of the children
  • Produce accurate and timely reports and documentation related to the care provided
Salary and Benefits:

The Registered Manager role comes with an attractive package, including an annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience and criteria, as well as meals and refreshments provided during work hours, pension scheme entitlement, and bonus scheme.

Requirements:
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Services (RQF) or equivalent qualification
  • NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent care and proven Ofsted inspection rating of Good or Outstanding
  • Knowledge of Clearcare reporting system and strong leadership and organisational skills
