Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities in our community-based care home in Hale Village.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each individual are met.
  • Support individuals with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage participation in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Experience in care work, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including full day shifts and sleep-in shifts.
