We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Support Workers in delivering a Young Peoples supported accommodation service in Halton. You will focus on developing strong positive partnerships with the local authority and other providers in the region, in support of the young people you will be working alongside.
The ideal candidate will have first-hand face-to-face experience as a Support Worker, as well as experience within a supervisory and/or management role. A Level 3 NVQ Qualification within Health and Social Care or Children and Young People is also desirable.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of Support Workers to deliver a high-quality service to young people
- Developing strong positive partnerships with the local authority and other providers in the region
- Embedding the service's ethos and values into practice
- Seeking opportunities to achieve positive change and creative approaches to support young people to achieve their aspirations and independence
We offer a competitive starting salary of £29,400 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
