The successful candidate will have an IOSHH qualification, PAT testing qualification, and NVQ Level 3 in Health and Safety, as well as strong knowledge of COSHH and proven experience in soft facilities management and cleaning. They will be responsible for managing a team of 20-25 cleaners across the site, conducting health and safety audits, and overseeing stock control and stakeholder management.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment. The salary for this position is estimated to be £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
