Employee Support Specialist

A Professional Services organisation is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join their team. Folk Recruitment is supporting this search and invites applications from experienced HR professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organisation that values its employees. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with 2-3 days per week spent in the office based in West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements- Deliver HR services, including employee relations case management, coaching support, and guidance on formal and informal people matters
- Provide advice and guidance to line management and colleagues on HR policy and procedures
- Build HR capability into the business by establishing trusted relationships as an advisor and partner
- Support organisational change activities such as TUPE, reorganisation, and redundancy
Ideal candidates will hold CIPD Level 5 (minimum) qualification and have a strong understanding of employment law across multiple sectors. Salary range: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
