Job Description

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus hybrid working and comprehensive employee benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify best-in-class employee benefits, tailoring them to our organization's unique needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate benefits information, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Analyze employee feedback and data to inform benefits program development and optimization.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in employee benefits or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, able to think outside the box to develop innovative employee benefits programs.
