Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team in West Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have expertise in employee benefits, salary up to £60,000, and be able to provide bespoke advice to our ultra-high net worth clients.

About the Company

Our client is a highly professional and reputable Independent Firm of Financial Planners with an excellent reputation for providing tailored advice to their growing client base.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice on employee benefits, including pension schemes and death in service policies.
  2. Maintain high performance standards in accordance with Key Performance Indicators outlined in the EFS Training & Competence scheme.
  3. Identify Continuing Professional Development (CPD) needs via self-assessment and feedback, and undertake appropriate activity to meet those needs.
  4. Perform other ad hoc duties reasonable and appropriate to the position.
