Administrative Coordinator for Events and Communications

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support the operation of the Centre for Human-Inspired Artificial Intelligence (CHIA) through various communication and external engagement related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a growing portfolio of event and outreach activities, including the annual CHIA conference, website, newsletters, and social media management.
- Provide administrative support to the Centre Co-ordinator and other team members as needed.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote CHIA's activities and events.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to events and communications.
Requirements:
- Relevant administrative experience, including website content management systems and social media.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
