Leadership Opportunity: Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As an Autism EYFS Leadership Opportunity candidate, you will have the chance to work with children with Autism in a specialist SEN provision in Brent, developing your leadership skills and contributing to the ongoing success of our school.

About the School: Our school is an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' SEN provision with a nurturing, inclusive ethos. We offer small class sizes, allowing for tailored, focused teaching. Our creative curriculum integrates Music, Drama, and the Arts, providing a unique learning experience for our students.

The Role: As an Autism EYFS Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored lesson plans that cater to individual Education, Health, and Care Plans. You will work closely with our supportive leadership team and have the chance to take on additional responsibilities within the school.

Candidate Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will hold QTS with experience teaching children with special educational needs, particularly Autism. You should demonstrate excellent knowledge of SEND teaching strategies and the ability to adapt lessons to meet individual needs. A passion for EYFS education and a creative teaching approach are essential.

Salary: Up to £56,009 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience).

Location: Brent, London.
