Position Overview:
As an Early Years Education Specialist at Long Term Futures Ltd, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young students. Responsibilities and Duties:

  3. Promote a culture of inclusivity and respect within the classroom and throughout the school community.
  4. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Have experience in leading EYFS classes or similar roles, demonstrating strong leadership and instructional skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Possess a valid DBS check.
